On behalf of St. Matthew’s Drumsurn I would like to update you on our next Club fundraising event.

We are holding a family orientated sponsored walk through the village and over the peak of Donald’s Hill on Sunday 14th August starting from Billy Doran Park at 2:00pm sharp.

As chairman of St. Matthew’s GAC Drumsurn I would strongly encourage as many families as possible to participate on the day. It is only through your hard work and donations that our club can continue into the future.

Without your financial support and voluntary contributions of time and energy we would not be able to sustain and develop our youth of today.

As a Club we are asking you as an individual, couple or family to show your support by collecting sponsorship and joining us on the day of the walk. Individuals can make a £20 donation on the day if they prefer.

Participants should bring a lunch, dress for the weather and most importantly wear appropriate footwear.

We hope it will be a fun event for all who accept the challenge and I look forward to seeing you all on the walk and back at the Club hall after for light refreshments.

Walk Details

A circular walk of approximately 4 miles will start at Billy Doran Park and incorporating - Drumsurn Village, Drumsurn House, Cloghan, Kings Fort, Donald’s Hill Peak and Kilhoyle
